    Educational Department of Liaoning Province issued “Notice on the publication of the sixth Liaoning Higher Educational Teaching Achievement Award”.(Issued No.[2009]46) Of 15 declared teaching achievements, 13 ones was awarded provincial teaching achievements, 6 of which comes from Dalian NII and 7 of which are from Dalian NVIIT.
