The Eighth China-Russia Conference for University Presidents was held in Dalian on September 15th through 18th, during which President Wen Tao contacted President of the Federation for the Russian Far East and Siberia Universities, President of Pacific National University, President of Far Eastern State Transport University, President of Far-Eastern National Technical University, President of Far Eastern State University of Economics and Law University, President of Maritime State University named after G.I. Nevelskoi, President of Far-Eastern State Technical Fisheries University, President of East Siberian State University of Technology, and President of Primorskaya State Academy of Agriculture      On September 15th and 16th, President Wen Tao and Party Secretary Che Ruwen contacted respectively the Delegation from Far-Eastern State Technical Fisheries University headed by President Georgy N. KIM and the delegation from East Siberian State University of Technology headed by Saktuev F Y. During the meeting with President Georgy N. KIM, the two parties talked about the Russian students in our school and the teachers exchange programs which led to some stage agreements. During the meeting with Saktuev F Y, the two parties discussed the possibility to enrich the training program for Russian students and to cultivate students with Chinese, Russian and English certificates, with which to complement and share with each other.     On September 17th, during the meeting with Ivanchenko Sergey N, President of Pacific National University, President Wen Tao introduced the tenet, scale, development, characteristics, faculty and staff of our school with the achievements made in educating Chinese and foreign students. On September 18th, the two parties negotiated about the cooperation on joint education and scientific research. They expressed the wish to cooperate on four computer-related majors and to exchange lectures, share each other’s teaching plans before the end of the year and to negotiate a contract. Delegation from Pacific National University approved highly of the students scale, environment, software and hardware facilities, and the socialized logistics in our school.     On September 17th, Delegation from Far-Eastern National Technical University headed by Fatkulin Anvir A visited our school. The two parties reached an agreement on issues such as training of youth teachers from Russia, joint training of Chinese and Russian students for short and long periods, exchanging visits by the leading bodies. The delegation approved highly of the tenet, scale, customized class, SOVO（Students Office & Venture Office）, environment and facilities of our school.     On September 17th, Delegation from Far Eastern State Transport University headed by Denikim B Y visited our school. The two parties brought in-depth knowledge about each other’s operating and disciplinary characteristics and system to establish a relationship of cooperation.     On September 18th, President of Far Eastern State University of Economics and Law University, President of Primorskaya State Academy of Agriculture, President of Maritime State University named after G.I. Nevelskoi and President of Far-Eastern State Technical Fisheries University visited our school jointly. The guests highly approved of the students scale, environment, faculty members, software and hardware facilities, and the education quality of our school. After the visit, the guests and leading bodies of our school watched together the performances by the Art Troupe of Neusoft and Far-Eastern State Technical Fisheries University in “Booming Time, Singing in Neusoft – to Celebrate China’s 60th Birthday and the 60th Anniversary of Diplomatic Relations Between China and Russia & 2009 Welcome Party” （School of International Education   Feng Shixuan）
