On Oct 21st –23rd , the 16th Asian Eco-Technology seminar(ASET16th) was held successfully in our Institute. Experts and professionals, from more than 160 countries and regions, got together and discussed the frontier issues on Asian eco-technology. Che Ruwen, General Secretary of Institute Party Committee, and other institute leaders attended the conference. This conference was co-sponsored by Japan National Higher Special schools Organization and Northeastern University and undertaken by Dalian Neusoft Institute of Information.     With the ecological environment of 21st century having an great effect on all the countries’ economic construction, social development and people’s life quality,  professionals and experts all paid high attention on this issue. This seminar held extensive and profound discussion around some current hot issues in environment and science fields, such as ecology and technology, ecological system protection and solutions, the comprehensive utilization of clean energy, recycled economy and the sustainable development. Nowadays, the society was just on the phase of fast improvement, and the rapid development of economy, consequently, brought serious impact on environment, from global warming and Ozone Hole, to sea level rise. Human beings were facing the unexpected surviving pressure. Therefore, to protect our common and unique hometown became the focus of this conference. After fierce and deep discussion of the participants, this seminar was proved to be productive and all the valuable ideas not only were beneficial for eco-technology study, but also offered valuable proposals and suggestion for the sustainable development of Asian environment.     Our institute, as an IT university with unique specialty, attracted more and more extensive attention of overseas enterprises and universities. The sponsor chose our institute to hold the meeting just because they noticed Neusoft was equipped with international front digital campus environment which provided advanced hardware and software conditions, and rather charming European style architecture was another point to attract them. Through the seminar, our institute fully showed our positive brand image and deepened our relationship with Japanese national higher special schools, such as Japan Toyama Higher Practical School, and set up stable base for our future cooperation with them.
