In the afternoon of November 12, "HP in Neusoft" was the third time held in our institute. Accompanied by vice president Wang Chen, Mr. Xiao Zhenyi, Vice President of China Hewlett-Packard, Director Of Information Industrial Marketing department and small-scale enterprises business, Ms. Lin Qing, Human Resources Manager of HP Information Industry Group and related staff held the internship explanatory meeting of HP recruiting graduates of 2010 in A2-309.     The meeting was hosted by Wei Fei, HR specialist of HP regional and channel cooperative business and information commodities group. At the meeting, Vice President, Wang Chen made a speech. Then, Ms. Lin Qing made a brief summary of HP”s history of development, and the interaction part fully demonstrated graduates” solid major skills. Mr. Xiao Zhenyi, Vice President of China Hewlett-Packard, director of information industrial marketing department and medium-sized and small enterprises, explained the importance of innovation via several pieces of video. Eventually, former Neusoft”s student, Feiyining, who is now working for HP, shared his interview skills for job application, which is of great help to the present graduates. In the part of interaction, students asked questions actively, and the present guests explained patiently, which made a perfect atmosphere.     After the meeting, HP information industrial group”s HR manager Ms. Lin Qing spoke highly of our graduates during the interview. But meanwhile, she pointed out some shortcomings and brought forward hope that she wished our students on campus could work hard at learning languages, and try to improve a lot in the field of languages with the solid major skills as the premise. As for the three-year recruiting campaign in Neusoft, Mr. Xiao Zhenyi, Vice President of China Hewlett-Packard, director of information industrial marketing department and medium-sized and small enterprises, he said: “it”s a choice of mutual benefits. Furthermore, Neusoft”s graduates are suitable for the talent market and meet its need”. He hoped the Neusoft”s graduates could made full of their advantages and promote their abilities with demonstrating the true self, acting as the true self.
