On June 21 afternoon, the Argentinean education delegation made a friendly visit to  Dalian Neusoft Institute of Information and a talk was held between the delegation and Neusoft. Yang Lu, Director of International Education Department hosted the talk and President Wen Tao attended the talk and addressed it. Argentine education delegation was composed of Guillermo • Crapest, president of  the National Southern University of Argentina, Liberto • Alkerry, president of Argentina National University of Technology Blanca Branch, Daniel • Alaro, director of International Relations of the National Central University of Buenos Aires, Argentina Province, Karina, Argentina Blanca government liaison in China, lawyers. The three from the leadership of three universities in Argentina were in China for the first time. It was also the first time for them to come to Dalian. Our institute was the first college that they visited in China. As a private institute, our institute made the delegation very impressive. After hearing the school-running history and international communication and cooperation history, the delegation members marveled at the ten-year rapid development and internationalization level and said there was possible cooperation in many fields between the two parties.
