Accompanied by Li Jun from the Investment Promotion Bureau of Dalian High-Tech Industrial Zone, Ao Weishi, Asian System Integration Operating Director of Atos Origin China, and Director of R&D China visited NII on June 28. Ren Hao, Vice Secretary of the Party Committee of NII, received the visiting guest in Room A9-217 in the Administrative Building. Atos Origin is the largest international Information Technology consultation and service company in Europe and has at present 50,000 staff, among which 4,000 serve in Asia. During the meeting, Mr. Ren gave a general introduction of NII first. Then, Qin Yan, Assistant to Director of Department of Information Technology and Business Administration, and Li Yingqiu, Assistant to Director of Department of Computer Science and Technology, introduced in detail the major provision and talent cultivation of the department which they belong to respectively. Mr. Ao Weishi became quite interested in NII and explained about the staff they need. Atos Origin will recruit a large number of talents who specialize in SAP, JAVA and .NET and will therefore provide a lot of opportunities of internship and employment to the students of NII.
