On November 12, 2012, Thomas Middelhoff, Chairman of International Business, and David Meredith, President of International Business from American ePals Company visited our school. President Wen Tao received and accompanied the visiting guests, and showed them around the Students Office & Venture Office (SOVO), Library, Arts Exhibition organized by the Department of Digital Arts. When the visiting guests visited Students Office & Venture Office of our school, Deng Shan, Director of Students Office & Venture Office (SOVO) and the SOVO students made the introduction to them about the running mode and the achievements since the establishment of SOVO. The visiting guests visited SOVO and enjoyed several project presentations, including the YCOMBO, a social pal platform of Dreamworks Animation, the mobile phone games from the Software Research and Development Center, the “Neusoft Iron Chef” from Mobile Application Studio, the Research and Development Center of Embedded System and so on. The visiting guests had pleasant communications and exchange with all the students from different SOVO teams wherever they had visited. They also showed a great deal of interest in all the innovative projects which were researched and developed independently by teachers and students from our school.
