From March 28 to 29, 2012 KAB Venture Educational Annual Meeting cum the 3rd College Students Employment Venture Education Forum was held in Wenzhou University, Zhejiang Province. With active preparation, application and going through different levels of selection, Dalian Neusoft Institute of Information becomes a base of KAB Venture Education and receives the base tablet as the representative of venture education bases. SOVO attends takes part in the annual meeting representing Dalian Neusoft Institute of Information. The KAB (China) project is co-sponsored by Central Committee of the Communist Young League, All-China Youth Federation, All-China Students Federation and International Labor Organization. KAB is promoted in more than 30 countries by International Labor Organization which enjoys high international reputation and has powerful influences. As a great breakthrough of Higher Learning Venture Education, KAB (China) project has attracted more than 850 colleges and universities participate in this project. The core of KAB Venture Education Project is the curricular system specially developed by International Labor Organization aiming to cultivate venture awareness and ability for students in secondary and higher learning schools and with the widely carried out project, Start and Improve Your Business (SIYB), they build a complete venture training system. Through teaching the basic knowledge and operating the basic skills relating to company and venture, this project helps students have a complete understanding and experience about starting up a business and improve their venturing awareness and ability to cultivate young talents with venturing and innovation spirits.
