On November 13, certain teachers from Department of Admission Office and Career Guidance of DNUI, Department of Information Technology and Business Administration  and English Department went to Shanghai Zhangjiang Software Park to carry out school-enterprise cooperation and negotiation with Taiping Sharing Financial Service Center which is directly subordinate to China Taiping Group and finally reached school-enterprise cooperation intention, and will soon sign an agreement to build school-enterprise cooperation.   Taiping Financial Sharing Service Center is the subsidiary company of Taiping Insurance Group, Inc. ("Taiping for short"), which is primarily responsible for IT operations and maintenance, customer service, backup support and other services. Xu Jingdong, Taiping personnel director, said that in the next few years, the company's vacancies for IT operation, maintenance and customer service are more than 700 each year. By school-enterprise cooperation, enterprises can attract talents and build an effective bridge between school graduates and the company. "This is a win-win thing for businesses, students and schools!" At the same time, Taiping will also provide almost the same salaries as average employees and generous internship treatment for interns. "We are not only concerned about students now, but also are more concerned about their future career to provide a broad career room to grow is our fundamental goal." At present, through campus recruitment, six graduates of DNUI passed the interview and got offers of IT operation and maintenance. In early December, a special recruitment will be held in DNUI for more talents selection. Through negotiations, the two sides also come to an agreement on issues about paid internships, school-enterprise cooperation to develop curriculum and build training bases.
