Neusoft Students Won Internship to ALPS ELECTRIC CO., LTD, Japan

In order to push and strengthen the communication with Japanese enterprises and cultivate high-end international Japanese talents, Neusoft students participated in the internship programs to ALPS ELECTRIC CO., LTD, Japan actively. Ma Xiaoxiao and Fan Jiarui were two of them. As two-month interns for these programs, they won this chance through their unremitting efforts and pioneering spirit, after the long procedure of selection, being chosen, material preparation and delivery.

ALPS, or ALPS ELECTRIC CO., LTD by its full name, founded on Nov. 1, 1948, with 37,656 (until Mar. 31, 2009) staff members (ALPS ELECTRIC CO., LTD Group), net sales (Alps Group) 53,899,500 YEN (from Apr. 1, 2008 to Mar. 31, 2009).
Alpine Electronics, Inc. was founded in 1967. It is a professional automobile electronics enterprise manufacturing mainly advanced automobile stereos and automobile communication system products, with more than thirty overseas companies in more than ten countries. Except for the products in ALPINE trademark, it also supplies OEM products for famous car manufacturers all over the world.

The two students took the Japanese Airline JL828 from Zhoushuizi Airport to Narita International Airport on Feb. 23, 2015. The person in charge from Alps met them at the airport to send them to the Alps training center. They started there from one week’s business Japanese learning and then separated for their department in Ibaraki Prefecture
and Yokohama respectively.
Student Ma Xiaoxiao’s internship was divided into three weeks’ infra service course for PC installation, etc. in ALSI and four weeks’ application service course for development (look), etc. in ALSI, plus one week’s time for the presentation preparation.
Student Fan Jiarui interned in the AISI of Alpine Ibaraki Prefecture and her job had three main parts. One was to understand thoroughly about the work content of the department, and spend one month preparing a presentation to explain the content to the new staff members. The second part was to send work emails to her colleague in AISI four times a day. The third part was her last week’s preparation for the presentation.

During the two months, besides work, the two students spent two weekends together traveling to Tokyo (Shinjuku, Shibuya, Harajuku, Ginza, Asakusa Temple and Fuji Mountain) and experienced the life and culture there.

On Apr. 24, which was the last day of their internship, the two students’ presentations were held in the company in Tokyo. Each of them gave a 20-minute presentation about their gains and feelings, where the internship ended successfully.
The two students returned safely by taking the Japanese airline JL827 from Narita International Airport at 9:30 on Apr. 25.
