Except resumes, interviews were also required by some enterprises. Neusoft students have a wide range of knowledge, can get into work as soon as possible and have a strong ability to operate, which are the keys to attract the enterprises. Mr. Bao Hongkui (Vice President of Dalian Neusoft II) pointed out: "The education mode of our institute is enterprise-oriented and focuses on the cultivation of the students’ practical skills, so our students’ flexibility and EQ are relatively higher than others. All this is their advantages of applying for jobs. Since this year the number of fresh graduates all over the country is the most in history, there are altogether more than 6 million graduates including the graduates who couldn’t find jobs last year. Under this situation, I hope every graduate could adjust himself to a good mentality—find a job first and then choose the job you want. In this way he could build on experience and improve his own ability in practical work as well as could rationally plan his future career development. Meanwhile, I hope the other students could know their own interests well, try to improve their abilities, make their career plans as soon as possible, develop their pioneering and innovative spirits consciously, participate in more school and social practical activities and finally make efforts to become the talents needed.
